Returns
According to current legislation, you may return the goods, for whatever reason, within 14 calendar days of receipt of the goods by the customer. For that, a number of conditions must be met:
All items must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories contained, in perfect condition, protected and with the labels intact. Otherwise CLICK LICENCIAS reserves the right to refuse the return.
Once you have informed us of the return by e-mail you will receive instructions for the collection of the return.
The cost of the return will be borne by the customer.
Once the goods have been received and we have verified that they are in perfect condition, the return of the goods will be processed within 14 days of receipt.
